I'm a former executive, professional musician, college athlete and athletic coach with three degrees from the University of Michigan: BMA, MM, MBA. I'll be honest. I thought I was a calm professional with all my mental toughness tools but I was missing a key element that I discovered in 2010 - a true game-changer. Now I am on a mission to help you learn the truth about stress and stop it quickly and effectively.
During college, I was not only an athlete, but I'd work one or two part-time jobs, performed in symphonies and "gigged," and had great friends. I wish I knew then what I do now about the stress response. I might have accomplished even more!
