Elle holds three degrees from the University of Michigan where she won the Branstrom Freshman Prize (top 10 GPA), won a seat in the Varsity 8 boat as a freshman and a silver medal at the Head of the Charles her junior year, and was the first woman admitted to the orchestral conducting program. She draws on her experience as a performance coach, athletic coach, executive, professional musician, and parent of three grown sons to help you break the stress cycle and experience your full potential.
